Acceptance of terms
By accessing joyvanta.pro or making a booking with Joyvanta, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or request our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes effective upon publication.
Offline, in-person format
Joyvanta is a 100% offline, in-person venue. All casino hotel and casino resort experiences — including accommodation, dining, conference events, and any casino salon or casino lounge gathering — take place face-to-face at our physical location. No online gambling, remote participation, or virtual casino floor access is offered or permitted. All guests must be physically present to participate.
Bookings and reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Joyvanta. Room rates are quoted per night and may vary by season. Event and private casino salon rentals require a signed agreement and deposit. Final confirmations are sent in writing once payment or deposit has been received.
Guest conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and the property. We reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate a stay without refund if a guest engages in disruptive, unlawful, or unsafe behaviour. Management decisions on conduct matters are final.
Liability
Joyvanta is not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including personal belongings, travel disruptions, or force majeure events. Guests are responsible for their own valuables and for complying with all venue rules.
Cancellation policy
Standard accommodation bookings may be cancelled up to 14 days before arrival for a full refund, minus any processing fees. Event and private casino salon rentals require 30 days' notice. Cancellations made after these deadlines may forfeit the deposit. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific terms.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable at the registered address of Joyvanta. Any disputes will be resolved through the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
